We invite you to watch the video and, those who were there, share it. This year, the event was held with many challenges. Proud of mission accomplished and that the desire to contribute to the strengthening of cities and alliances and bridges with equals from the United States and Latin America prevailed. I thank the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, the sponsors who believed in the project, the Municipal organizations of the United States and Central America and finally the around 400 participants who said they were present.
